HOW LONG SHOULD YOU WEAR COLORED GLASSES? Suggested use is 10-30 minutes a day, at least. Some people wear them up to 60 minutes. You can wear color therapy glasses inside or out while your daily tasks. Be careful-some of the dark colors may make things hard to see. Except for Yellow, they are not designated to worn while driving, since they can affect your perception of images.
